It seems as if overnight the garden has begun to wear her spring wardrobe. Seen along pathways and tucked under trees, are the latest in frothy yellow frocks with ruffled petticoats. Looking up high, the trees are adorned with delicate swaths of pink and white lace. This is the point where Spring just might... actually... arrive... soon. And then one day you'll look around and everything is blooming with vigor. But right now we still have to look for it. I LOVE this time of year when it feels as if Spring is busy loading her paintbrush with juicy colors and soon will cover the foliage with bright swooshes of merry colors.
The birds have begun their spring songs, and just yesterday I saw two crows in the big leaf maple tree breaking off branches and flying off with them. I imagine there is all sort of spring mayhem as the birds look for mates, places to nest, and nest making materials!
Happy Spring Everyone!!!!
